Notice to all Beaver Park Water, Inc. Shareholders effective 7/16/13

Due to the continuing drought conditions and limited amount of irrigation water available; it became necessary to reduce the ditch rider staff. Tommy Lilze will be the main contact for irrigation water. He can be contacted at 371-4311. The irrigation water being used is from Beaver Creek only. We will continue to distribute the water until it is no longer feasible. This status is carefully monitored daily. When the creek flow is unable to sustain irrigations and meet Penrose Water District's requirements, we will discontinue all irrigations. This may happen in a moments notice. Updates will be posted as necessary to keep all shareholders informed.
