Reminder to all Shareholders.....the annual shareholders meeting is to be held
Saturday, February 29th, 2020 at the Penrose Elementary School Gym at 1 pm.
Your attendance is necessary for representation of shares to complete a quorum in order to have a meeting. If you are not able to attend, please assign a shareholder to represent your shares by proxy at the meeting. Or you can assign your shares to be represented by the proxy committee and drop off your voting proxy at the office located at 209 Broadway, Penrose. REPRESENTATION OF YOUR SHARES IS VERY IMPORTANT !  If a quorum is not reached, we are not able to conduct any business and all shareholders not represented will be charged a surcharge on their accounts for no representation. There are only 14 days before the meeting.....don't let time get away....act now......thank you!
