ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS
Board of
Directors business meeting to be held Tuesday August 11th at 7:30
pm. As the State and County social distancing protocol orders are still in
effect, the Board of Directors meeting will be limited to the Board, Superintendent,
Office Administrator and BPWI Engineer.
However -
Shareholders
who have business to be brought before the Board of Directors may do so providing
the following is adhered to:
1.
Schedule an appointment time by calling (719)
372-3664 before 4 pm
of 8/11/20.
2.
When arriving at the office, remain in your vehicle until someone comes
to escort you to the office. Due to the social distancing protocol, only one
shareholder may enter at one time.
3.
You will be required to wear a mask and only be seated as directed.
4.
When you have concluded your business with the Board of Directors, you
will not be permitted to stay.
5.
If you have not scheduled an appointment, you may submit in
writing your matter of concern for the Board of Directors to consider. You will
be contacted with a response.
