Assessments

Water assessments are currently $78.00 per share per year. Statements are sent out in February and are due April 1st. If you elect to make two payments, the first half plus a $10.00 service fee is due by April 1st and the second half is then due August 1st.

Assessments do not buy water, they pay for the distribution system that moves water to your delivery point.
