The month has brought us warmer temperatures, high 79’s with
a few 80’s. Precipitation was only .58/in for the month according to the AG met
sensor. The wind reared it’s ugly forces a few days of the month which always
is miserable to be outside on those days.
1st irrigations are almost completed with the
exception of those who were waiting to plant or those who have yet to pay their
assessments for the year. This process actually took less than 45 days and
second irrigations will follow up shortly. We are currently receiving more
water down the creek than we can actually take in at this time. Snow melt has
been steady since the temperatures have warmed up.
As a reminder, Assessments were due April 1st and
a dozen or more shareholders have yet to pay this year. This prevents you from
receiving irrigation water. So far, we have plenty of water available. Don’t
miss your opportunity to use it. Statements will be sent out the first part of
June to those who haven’t paid anything this year.
We want to Welcome our newest ditch rider, Alex Koshak. Alex
