The weather is
providing us with winter snow and cold temperatures. Unfortunately with all the
snow we have received this month it equaled only .25 of precipitation. The
average temperature for the month was 49 degrees however we did have a couple
of days of below freezing.
The upper ditch removal
and relining has continued throughout the month. All together they have
replaced 1500 feet of cement lining. As irrigation season nears the project
will discontinue until after the season is over. The staff is busy mowing and
cleaning canals in preparation for the new season.
