March Update

March was very warm with temperatures in the 70’s and very dry and windy with no precipitation.  We were able to do many repairs and line replacements where necessary. As in the past we were able to get the services of Colorado State Corrections Industries to clean the canals throughout Penrose. They did a great job as always!

Finally on Monday the 31st of March a replacement for the Toyota (that has not been in service for a couple of months), our Superintendent, Connie now will be driving a used 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. It is white and soon we will have a signage on the truck to identify Beaver Park Water Inc.

Assessment payments are due by 4/1/25. We continue to offer the ability to pay assessments in two parts, half by April 1st and the balance by 8/1/25. This option does come with an additional $10 processing fee.  Thank you to all the shareholders that have sent your payments in!!

We actually started irrigation water much earlier than originally anticipated due to the fact when Winter Storage ended, we were not in priority to store water. This has rarely occurred but it happened this year.

Please pray for rain or snow, anything wet!!!
