Attention Shareholders
May 12th’s
Monthly Board of Directors Meeting will continue to be a closed meeting in
efforts to meet the State regulated social distancing protocols and limits on
gatherings. Only Board Members, Superintendent and the Office Administrator
will be in attendance.
Any
issues or concerns that need to be brought before the Board should be placed in
writing and submitted to the office prior to the meeting. (Office door has a
mail slot to submit written materials) Responses from the Board will be relayed
back either in writing or via phone as quickly as possible.
Thank you once again for understanding our
situation of closing our meeting. This decision is in effort to maintain a safe
and healthy environment for everyone. We are looking forward to the day when we
can safely continue our normal business meetings without these restrictions.
